Guidelines for submitting an abstract

Submission, Deadline

• Abstracts must be submitted online.
• Deadline for submission is 15 March 2027 23:59:59 CET.
• Alterations/Correction are possible until dealine.

Topic, Language

• Each submission must fit the given topics.
• Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Size, Content

• The abstract length is limited to 2.000 characters inclusive blank spaces.
• The title must be short and significant. The text must be orthographically suitable for publishing.
• The use of special formatting should be limited. The correct replication in subsequent media cannot be granted.
• It is forbidden to submit the same abstract multiple times under different topics of the congress.
• The number of abstracts submitted by the same author is limited to 10 in total.
• The number of authors is limited to 7 authors in total.

Conditions, Requirements

• The presenter is responsible for compliance with data protection laws, copyrights, ethical regulations and animal protection laws.
• All listed authors have to consent to the abstract text as well as to their publication in all congress media.

Review, Registration

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Program Committee.
• E-Mail notifications about acceptance will be sent to the submitter following the review process.
