Data Privacy Information

Energynautics GmbH provides the platform “CVS Abstractmanagement System” by Heuer HARTSOFT GmbH for the organisation of the scientific programme of the respective event. Personal data will only be used for this purpose in accordance with the following notes.

1.Usage of personal data

Energynautics GmbH uses the data which have been collected through the registration for the organisation of the abstract submission. The data will also be used for the organisation and realisation of the respective scientific programme and for future scientific programmes of events which are organised by Energynautics GmbH. The same handling applies to all data submitted by a co-author for other co-authors.

2.Data transmission to third parties

In the system registered abstract authors have the opportunity to see other authors’ data which is stored in the database and select them as a co-author of their paper (data transmission to third parties). The “author search” function in the course of the abstract submission shows full name and address details (except phone and fax number) of co-authors. This “author search function” will only be used for this purpose.
